Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of jawndanceai.video (the "Service"). By creating an account or generating a video you agree to them.

What the Service does

You upload a photo. We send it, along with a description of the dance, to an AI video model, and return a short vertical video. You are buying a generation, not a guarantee of a particular artistic result.

Your account

You must be at least 13 years old and provide a working email address. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your credentials private. We may suspend accounts used for abuse, fraud, or anything in the "Prohibited use" section below.

Photos you upload

You may upload only images you have the right to use: your own photo, a photo of your child or a pet you are responsible for, or a photo of someone who has given you permission. Uploading another person's face to make them appear to dance without their consent is a violation of these terms and of the law in many jurisdictions.

Prohibited content includes: sexual material of any kind involving real people; any content depicting minors in a sexualised or degrading way; content that harasses, defames, or impersonates a real person in a misleading way; and content that infringes copyright, trademark or privacy rights. Uploads are scanned by automatic moderation, and requests that fail it are refused without being sent to the video model.

What you own

You keep the rights you had in your uploaded photo. You own the videos you generate with the Service, and you may use them for personal or commercial purposes, including posting them on social platforms, without attribution.

You grant us a limited licence to store your upload and result, send them to our processing partners to produce the video, and keep the task record so your account and billing stay auditable.

Credits, subscriptions and billing

• Generations are paid for with credits. The credit cost of a generation is shown before you start it.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel any time from Settings → Billing; cancelling stops future renewals and does not remove credits already issued for the period you paid for.
• Monthly subscription credits are valid for the current billing month. Yearly subscription credits are valid for the current billing year. One-time pack credits never expire.
• We always spend the soonest-expiring credits first.
• If a generation fails, its credits are returned. See the Refund Policy for purchases.

Availability

We aim to keep the Service running, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability. Model providers can be slow or unavailable, and we may change which model we use, change credit costs, or retire a feature. If we materially reduce what a subscription gives you, we will tell you before it takes effect.

Our liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost revenue or lost social reach.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaks these terms, and will not refund credits spent on prohibited use.

Independence

Jawn Dance AI is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Jerri, Boom Records, TikTok, CapCut, or any other artist, label or platform. "Jawn" is used as a descriptive reference to a dance trend.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our operating entity is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions: support@jawndanceai.video.
