Refund Policy

This policy explains when you get your money back, and when you get credits back instead. It applies to every purchase made on jawndanceai.video — subscriptions and one-time credit packs alike.

Failed generations are always refunded in credits

If a video generation fails — the model errors, the render times out, or our content check refuses the request — the credits for that attempt are returned to your balance automatically. You are never charged for a video that was not produced. You can retry immediately with the same photo, or with a different one.

Credits are returned to the same bucket they were spent from. Monthly credits go back to the monthly bucket and are still subject to that period's expiry; one-time pack credits go back to the pack balance and never expire.

Credit packs

One-time credit packs (Single, Duo Pack, Party Pack, Crew Pack, Studio Pack) are non-refundable once credits have been spent. Unused pack credits never expire, so there is no deadline forcing a refund decision on you.

If you bought a pack and have not generated anything with it, write to us within 14 days of the purchase and we will refund it in full to the original payment method, provided no credits from that pack have been consumed.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time from Settings → Billing; cancelling stops future renewals and you keep the credits already issued for the period you paid for.

We do not pro-rate a partial month or year. If your subscription renewed and you did not intend it to, contact us within 7 days of the renewal and, provided the credits issued in that period are unspent, we will refund the renewal.

What we cannot refund

• Credits already spent on successful generations. The render succeeded and produced a file; the work is done.
• A generation you simply dislike. Style is subjective, so please use the free credits and the examples on the homepage before paying.
• Attempts to use the service for content that our terms prohibit. Accounts terminated for abuse are not refunded.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a dispute with your bank or card issuer. A chargeback we have no chance to answer costs us a fee and delays your resolution by weeks; an email usually settles the same question in a day.

How to request a refund

Email support@jawndanceai.video with:

1. The email address on your account.
2. The order number or the date of the purchase (you can find both under Settings → Payments).
3. What went wrong, in a sentence or two.

We reply to refund requests within 3 business days, and process approved refunds to the original payment method. Card refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
