Privacy Policy

This policy covers jawndanceai.video. In plain terms: we keep your photos and videos private to your account, we send them to the AI model providers that generate your video, and we delete them when you ask.

What we collect

Account data. Your email address, and — if you sign in with a social provider — the profile identifier that provider returns. If you use email sign-in, we store a hashed password, never the password itself.

Your uploads. The photos you upload to make a video, and the videos we generate from them. These are stored on our own object storage, not published anywhere.

Usage data. Credits granted and spent, generation requests, and the resulting task records, so your balance adds up and support can trace a failed render. We also record the page a request came from, so we can tell which parts of the site actually help people.

Billing data. Order and subscription records. Card details never reach our servers — Stripe handles the payment and shares only the result and the last four digits.

Who processes it

We use a small number of processors to run the service:

• Stripe — payment processing. See Stripe's own privacy policy for cardholder data.
• kie.ai (Seedance 2.0 image-to-video) — the model that generates your video. Your photo and the generation prompt are sent to produce the result.
• SeeAPI — content moderation on uploads and prompts, to keep illegal material off the service.
• Cloudflare — hosting, object storage, and transactional email delivery.

We do not sell your data and we do not share it with advertisers.

How long we keep it

• Uploaded photos and generated videos: 90 days after generation, then deleted. Download anything you want to keep before it expires.
• Account and billing records: kept while your account is open, and for the period our tax and accounting obligations require afterwards.
• Moderation results: kept as a decision record, not as a copy of your image.

Your controls

You can delete any generated video from My videos, and delete your whole account from Settings → Profile. Account deletion removes your uploads, generated videos, and personal data, and cancels any active subscription. You can also email us and we will do it for you.

You can request a copy of your data at any time. Write to support@jawndanceai.video.

Legal bases and rights

Where GDPR applies, we process account and billing data to perform our contract with you, moderation data to meet our legal obligations, and usage data under our legitimate interest in running and improving the service. You have the right to access, correct, export, restrict, and delete your data, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to us and we will respond within 30 days.

Cookies

We set a small number of functional cookies: your session, your language choice, your theme preference, and the attribution parameters on the link that brought you here. Analytics cookies only load if you accept them from the consent banner, and you can change that choice at any time from the footer.

Children

The service is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. Only upload a photo of a child if you are their parent or legal guardian.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that affects what we do with your data, we will say so on this page and update the date above.
